Our recruitment process


At each stage of the recruitment process we look for alignment between our company values and culture and those of the individuals seeking a role at Wavelength.

Our four key recruitment stages

  1. Telephone screen with a member of the People & Culture team

  2. Initial interview

  3. Psychometric assessment - These assessments help our People & Culture team select the best people that are aligned to the success profile of the role.
