At Wavelength, we place a big focus on welcoming and integrating new Wavies. We believe the amount of time and energy invested in planning and managing a new Wavie's experience in the first few months is vital.
Even before your first day, you will be welcomed into the organisation with a range of induction elements and regular contact points. We email our offer pack which includes a welcome letter, a number of new starter documents and some information on the organisation before you start, all to make you feel like you are already part of the Wavelength team.
On your first day, we’ll try and get the right balance of work/play/getting to know us and try not to overload you. We will ensure your learning is pre-scheduled into your diary so that you can focus on the other stuff like getting to know your team and attending a team lunch!
