In addition to the standard remuneration of salary and superannuation we also offer the following:
- Quarterly performance bonuses / commission
- Team rewards based on success of exceeding team targets
- Employee rewards (employees allocate these to each other based on our values)
- Monthly Value Awards
- Corporate Awards allocated from the directors/CEO quarterly (value of $150)
