In 2016, we also welcomed Chris Riley as our Chief Executive Officer, prior to 2016 Chris has had an extensive career history leading recruitment companies across Australia and New Zealand.
Chris' broad 30-year senior recruitment management experience is helping us align our services more closely to our clients and candidates in an increasingly competitive market.
Chris also has the diverse experience and strategic vision we need to grow our business whilst at the same time helping to preserve and maintain our very special workplace culture.
Shaun joined Wavelength in 2017 and has extensive experience as a Chartered Accountant. He began his career in the public accounting firms focusing on professional services with a range of clients from farming, industrial, commercials to high net wealth individuals before moving into the recruitment industry across Accounting and Finance, Legal, I.T. and now Medical. Along with the responsibilities of financial matters he also leads the I.T. and Legal matters for Wavelength.
Juliette joined Wavelength in 2017 and manages a team of 3 marketing executives and a marketing coordinator. Juliette has been working in the medical recruitment industry for over 7 years and is a true generalist in her space with specialities in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Customer engagement and retention, Event Management and EVP, Branding.
Bronwyn is Wavelength's newest hire to the GM team having recently joined Wavelength in 2020. Bronwyn brings with her extensive previous experience in internal and external agency recruitment as well as recruitment consulting within professional services in a diverse range of sectors including legal, accounting, finance, logistics and medical.
Bronwyn is passionate about people and creating efficiency among teams and has a contagious energy that brings people together. In her spare time Bronwyn loves going to live music performances and exploring all that Australia has to offer.
Peter currently manages our GP recruitment team of which there are 9 In the team. Peter has held numerous roles as a Senior-level healthcare and recruitment industry professional with experience in Australian markets. Peter has managed healthcare (public & private) and recruitment projects at all levels and across most functions – from multi-national GM & Director level.
This working knowledge of hospitals (and current experience as a medical practice business owner) has fully equipped him to run medical recruitment teams. In his spare time Peter likes playing soccer and spending time with his recently born grandson.
Richard has worked for Wavelength in the medical recruitment industry for 10 years and has an in-depth knowledge of the medical workforce challenges faced by healthcare employers.
Richard currently manages Wavelength’s Specialist, Junior and Mental Health permanent and locum recruitment divisions, so he is well placed to discuss the employment options available to Doctors across all medical Specialties and Seniorities.
As the Chair of the Association of Medical Recruiters for Australia and New Zealand (AMRANZ), Richard is also a well-respected voice within the industry and regularly contributes to policy-making and government lobbying.
Wayne is known for his integrity and candour and has a wealth of experience built up over more than 25 years in executive search. Wayne entered the executive search industry in 1992 becoming a Director and equity holder with Lyncroft Consulting.
In March 2019 Wavelength acquired Ccentric Group, Wayne continues to oversee the Ccentric executive search business as well as the permanent recruitment division of Wavelength working to help Specialist Doctors find the most rewarding jobs across all medical specialties. Prior to working in executive search, Wayne worked in healthcare management for 10 years with the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service (part of the Commonwealth Department of Health and Community Services), and then the Victorian Accident Rehabilitation Council.
