Welcome, explore our office to discover what it's like to be a Wavie Enter

Why we're unique

Casual dress

We are privileged to wear smart casual attire to work. Although dressed casually, we are highly motivated and continue to deliver great results. This also removes any element of heirarchy between our Wavies and is very successful at promoting an open, transparent and equitable working culture.

Wavies work hard so a benefit that is appreciated by many is our fortnightly visit from our wonderful masseuse.

Fitness classes, Yoga & Pilates

Keeping fit and healthy take some effort, to help with making it convenient we have a personal training program, yoga and pilates classes regularly available to all employees.

Discounted Life, Income Protection & Health Insurance Policies

Through our partnerships with key providers, Wavies have access to discounted Life, Income Protection and Health Insurance policies.

End of week drinks

To recognise everyone's contribution at the end of the week, Wavelength are happy to provide a glass or two of wine, beer or maybe some bubbles. This provides a great relaxed envionment to talk about your week and get to know some other Wavies. It's also another great introduction to new people and a chance to chat with those who you might not normally work alongside.

Free breakfast, daily snacks and fruit daily

We support a healthy lifestyle and recognise the importance of starting your day well. So toast, cereals, fruit, varieties of tea and coffee are available to all Wavies.

Team sports and events

Wavelength supports and encourages our collective interest in team sports, informal work outs, organised runs and fitness events. We also encourage challenges such as the Fred Hollows Coastrek Challenge and the JP Morgan Run which we enter each year. We also alternate between entering either Sydney’s Colour Run or the City to Surf. Wavelength pays all entry fees and is open to Wavies training at lunchtimes.

Standing desks and office chairs

Wavelength has invested in a number of Varidesks (standing desks). We have since committed to adding one standing desk to each desk pod for Wavies to share.  Recently, five Wavies were trained by ergonomic professionals to ensure that all Wavies are set up properly at their desks for optimum comfort and safety.  We have also replaced office chairs where necessary and purchased new kitchen chairs with better back support.

Flu shots and skin checks

Free flu shots and subsidised skin checks are conducted every year, giving Wavies the chance to do this onsite at the Wavelength offices. This year Skin Patrol provided our flu vaccinations and skin checks.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Wavelength has a confidential EAP program in place, which aims to support employees with any emotional, mental and general psychological wellbeing needs.
